Every Alekai nanny is background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified, and covered by our liability insurance. Certificates of insurance can be sent directly to your venue or planner on request.
Most of our couples plan from another city or country. Everything is arranged remotely over WhatsApp and email: we confirm the children's ages, your timeline and the venue space, then handle the rest with your planner. You meet the team on the day.
Yes — our team is fluent in English and Spanish, which matters when guests travel in from Latin America and Europe.
Three to six months is ideal, and peak season dates from November through April are often reserved earlier. If your date is close, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you immediately whether we have a team available.
