Alekai is a private hospitality company specializing in Montessori- and RIE-trained childcare and thoughtfully curated guest experiences for weddings, hotels, vacation stays, and private events across Miami, Palm Beach, and South Florida.
I have spent twenty years caring for the children of some of the world’s most discerning families — from the Forbes 400 to Gulf royalty. My training in Montessori and in RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) is not one more certificate: it is the way I work.
Even in the middle of a three-hundred-guest wedding with a private security team, my priority is the same — that every child feels respected, calm, and in control of their own moment.
I founded Alekai Hospitality to bring that same level of care beyond weddings — to hotels, vacation stays, and private events across South Florida. Discretion is where we start, not an extra.
